Key Responsibilities:
- Contact prospective customers using leads assigned through the company's CRM/software.
- Handle *inbound and outbound calls* professionally. Understand *customer requirements,* including budget, location, and property preferences.
- Explain suitable projects, pricing, amenities, payment plans, offers, and other project details.
- Qualify leads based on customer interest and buying potential. Convert qualified leads into confirmed site visits.
- Handover qualified leads to the Sales team with complete customer details.
- Update customer interactions, follow-ups, and lead status in the CRM/software.
