- Provide technical support to end-users for hardware and software issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
- Troubleshoot LAN connectivity issues and perform network troubleshooting to resolve problems efficiently.
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems on client devices using various tools such as Active Directory.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks including patch management, antivirus updates, and disk space monitoring.
Job Requirements :
- 2-7 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
- Robust knowledge of desktop administration, hardware troubleshooting, LAN troubleshooting, network troubleshooting, software installation (Windows), configuring LAN networks.
