- Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth in the US market for BPO/Call Centre services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify recent opportunities, build relationships, and close deals.
- Provide technical expertise on international voice processes, including VoIP solutions, to clients across various industries.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategy.
Job Requirements :
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the BPO/Call Centre industry.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written & spoken).
- Strong understanding of technical voice processing technologies such as IVR systems and ACDs.
- Proven track record of success in developing new business opportunities in the US market.
