About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team and build scalable, responsive, and high-performance web applications.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, REST APIs, and modern frontend development. Experience with Python/Django/Flask or Java/Spring Boot is highly desirable.

The role also provides opportunities to work on real-time applications, WebSockets, mobile applications, cloud infrastructure, and CI/CD automation.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and Tailwind CSS.
- Develop scalable and secure backend services using Node.js and RESTful APIs.
- Work with backend technologies such as Python (Django/Flask) and/or Java (Spring Boot) as required.
- Design and integrate APIs between frontend, backend, and third-party services.
- Implement real-time functionality using WebSockets.
- Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-tested code.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality features.
- Troubleshoot, debug, optimize, and improve application performance.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.
- Ensure applications are responsive, secure, scalable, and reliable.
- Contribute to technical documentation and development standards.

Required Skills

Frontend

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with React.js.
- Good understanding of HTML5 and modern CSS.
- Experience with Tailwind CSS.




- Understanding of responsive design, component-based architecture, and frontend performance optimization.

Backend

- Strong experience with Node.js.
- Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Good understanding of API architecture, authentication, authorization, and error handling.
- Experience with WebSockets and real-time communication.
- Working knowledge of at least one of:
- Python Django / Flask
- Java – Spring Boot

Good to Have

Mobile Development

Experience with one or more of:

- React Native
- Kotlin / Android
- Swift / iOS

DevOps & Cloud

Experience with:

- AWS
- GitHub Actions
- CI/CD pipelines
- Deployment and cloud-based application environments

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- [X+] years of professional software development experience.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good understanding of software development lifecycle and version control using Git.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Robust communication skills and attention to detail.
