We are looking for a Marketing Analytics & Automation Intern to support data analysis and reporting across large-scale

retail marketing operations covering 1,000+ stores. The role will focus on streamlining data, creating clear visualizations,

automating repetitive work, and building AI-assisted workflows to support faster and better decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Consolidate and structure data from multiple sources.

• Support weekly and monthly performance reporting.

• Build dashboards and visualizations for store, city, and region-level performance.

• Identify trends, anomalies, growth/decline, and areas requiring attention.

• Automate repetitive data preparation and reporting tasks.

• Build and improve AI-assisted workflows for data analysis, reporting, insight generation, and repetitive tasks.

• Support ad-hoc analysis and business review requirements.

What We Are Looking For

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.





• Comfortable working with large datasets.

• Good analytical and logical thinking skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to visualize data clearly.

• Hands-on experience using AI tools to create workflows, automate tasks, or improve productivity is mandatory.

• Curious and willing to experiment with recent AI and automation approaches.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Power BI / Power Query

• Advanced Excel and Pivot Tables

• Basic SQL or Python knowledge

• Experience with ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or similar AI tools

Prior knowledge of digital marketing platforms is not required.

reducing repetitive manual work
