Purpose/Objective

The Shift Incharge - Warehouse Issuance ensures effective material issuance to production while promoting a safety-first culture.
This role involves overseeing safety compliance, managing chemical handling, conducting inventory verification, and collaborating with project teams.
Additionally, the Shift Incharge supports internal customers and leads the implementation of transformation project milestones, contributing to operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities of Role

Implementation of Zero Harm Culture: - The Shift Incharge will promote a safety-first mindset, conducting safety training and monitoring compliance with protocols, addressing violations promptly.
Issuance of Material to Both Module Line and Cell Line: - It involves overseeing the timely issuance of materials, maintaining organized records, and coordinating with production teams to ensure material availability.
Project Handling: - Collaboration with project teams is essential to understand material requirements and timelines, ensuring proper management throughout project phases and resolving any related issues.
Chemical Handling: - Ensure safe storage and handling of chemicals, provide training on procedures, and maintain accurate inventory records.
Ensuring Physical Verification of Inventory for Internal/External Stock Audit: - Regular physical counts of inventory will be conducted to ensure accuracy, with records kept up-to-date for audits.




Any discrepancies will be addressed promptly.
Providing Support to Internal Customers: - Acting as the primary contact for internal customers, the Shift Incharge will ensure timely material arrangements and gather feedback for process improvements.
Implementing Yearly Milestones of Transformation Projects: - This involves leading efforts to achieve transformation project milestones, tracking progress, reporting to management, and addressing challenges effectively.

Qualifications and Experience

Educational Qualification: - B.
Tech/Diploma in Engineering (Industrial/Logistics).
- Desired: BE/B.

Work Experience (Range of years): - Min 2-5 years in warehouse issuance and distribution.
Experienced in order processing and inventory control.
