Technical:

- Lead end-to-end architecture, design, and development of Java-based applications.
- Provide technical direction and mentorship to developers, ensuring best coding practices.
- Review code for quality, performance, and security compliance.
- Drive technical decisions, evaluate tools/frameworks, and recommend improvements.

Development & Delivery

- Lead the development of microservices and backend components using Java, Spring Boot, and related technologies.
- Ensure timely delivery of features with high quality.
- Oversee CI/CD pipeline integration and DevOps best practices.

Quality & Performance

- Implement and enforce coding standards, testing practices, and automation.
- Perform system performance tuning, troubleshooting, and optimization.
- Assess technical debt and drive refactoring efforts.

Hands on experience in designing and developing applications using Java EE platforms. Object Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns.

Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate).



Experience in the Spring Framework.

Experience in the Spring Boot. Experience in developing web applications using at least one popular web framework (Spring MVC, struts2)

Troubleshoot and debug issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.

Design, develop, and implement high-performance, scalable, and secure Java applications.Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

- Solid proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
- Experience with Microservices Architecture.
- Expertise in REST APIs, JPA/Hibernate, Spring Cloud, and Messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
- Hands-on experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
- Experience with DevOps tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git and Sonar Qube
- Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Familiarity with security practices, OAuth2, JWT, and authentication/authorization frameworks.
