Job Title: Disciplinary / Vigilance Officer

Location: Goa North (2 vacancy) / South (2 vacancy)

Department : Operations (Lifeguarding - Inclusive of Beach Marshal & Paw Squad )

Reporting To: CEO / CMD

Job Overview

The Disciplinary / Vigilance Officer is responsible for maintaining discipline, integrity, vigilance, and audit compliance across the company's operations. The role involves regular audits and checks on operations, employee misconduct, operational irregularities, complaints, fraud, negligence, and policy violations, while supporting Management in disciplinary proceedings and domestic enquiries.

Key Responsibilities

1. Audit, Vigilance & Investigation

- Conduct routine/surprise vigilance audits covering discipline, attendance, grooming, compliance, assets, inventory, infrastructure etc
- Investigate complaints, misconduct, negligence, fraud, theft, financial irregularities, and policy violations.
- Conduct fact-finding, verify evidence/statements, prepare reports, and escalate serious matters to Management on a daily basis.

2. Discipline & Domestic Enquiry

- Maintain records of disciplinary matters and employee conduct.
- Recommend action based on facts and evidence and coordinate with HR on SCNs, charge-sheets, suspensions and domestic enquiries.
- Ensure timely closure of disciplinary matters.
- Identify misuse, negligence or irregularities and take corrective action.

3. Incident & Compliance

- Investigate employee, operational, and public complaints/incidents.
- Coordinate with HR,



Operations and authorities as required and submit vigilance/disciplinary reports to Management.

Qualifications & Skills

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in audit, vigilance, investigation, security, etc.
- Disciplinary procedure and domestic enquiry knowledge.
- Report-writing and documentation skills.
- Conflict management and interviewing/audit skills.
- High integrity, confidentiality, and impartiality.

Desirable Skills

- Armed Forces / Police / Security background preferred.
- Ability to conduct field inspections and work flexible hours
- Experience in domestic enquiries and employee investigations preferred.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate with 5+ years of experience in Vigilance, Investigation, Security, Audit, or Disciplinary roles.
- Ex-Armed Forces / Police / Security background preferred.
- Knowledge of Domestic Enquiry, disciplinary proceedings, and employee investigations.
- Strong report writing, investigation, communication, and conflict-management skills.
- High integrity, confidentiality, impartiality, and willingness to work flexible schedule.
