Accounts Executive

About Global Trade Gateway
Global Trade Gateway is engaged in import and international trade operations, specializing in import
documentation, customs coordination, shipment tracking, and logistics management. We work closely with
shipping lines, CHAs, freight forwarders, transporters, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely cargo
movement.
Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting
activities, maintain accurate financial records, support statutory compliance, and assist with reporting and
month-end closing.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
Prepare invoices, vouchers, receipts, and payment entries.
Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
Handle basic GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.




Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with month-end closing.
Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documentation.
Assist with internal and external audits and provide required documents.
Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers and vendors.
Ensure accuracy of accounting entries and adherence to company policies.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and customers regarding accounting and payment-related
matters.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Working knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
Basic understanding of GST and TDS.
Good numerical and analytical skills.
Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Graduate in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
