Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced QA/QC Lead Civil for a high-rise building project in Gurugram. The candidate should have strong expertise in quality assurance and quality control for civil, structural, RCC and finishing works, along with excellent knowledge of project quality documentation and inspection processes.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Lead and manage all QA/QC activities for the project.
- Prepare, review and implement Project Quality Plans, ITPs, method statements and inspection procedures.
- Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, project specifications, applicable codes and quality standards.
- Monitor quality of RCC, structural, masonry, waterproofing, finishing and other civil works.
- Review material approvals, test certificates, inspection requests and laboratory test reports.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits.
- Raise, monitor and ensure timely closure of NCRs and quality observations.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and project teams on quality-related matters.
- Maintain complete QA/QC documentation, inspection records and handover documents.
- Review contractor and subcontractor quality performance.




- Lead and guide the site QA/QC team to ensure effective implementation of project quality requirements.

Required Candidate Profile

- 15–18 years of relevant experience in Civil QA/QC.
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Solid experience in high-rise building projects is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of RCC, structural works, finishing works and construction materials.
- Sound understanding of ITPs, method statements, quality plans, NCRs and inspection procedures.
- Familiarity with relevant IS codes and construction quality standards.
- Strong leadership, documentation, communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to independently manage project-level QA/QC responsibilities.
