Job Role: Data Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for a driven and analytical Data Analyst to join Milo Drive, a tech platform for EV mobility. This role will work closely with fleet operations, ride-hailing, charging infrastructure, product, and business teams to generate insights that improve vehicle utilization, operational efficiency and driver performance.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with large datasets, building dashboards, and supporting data-driven decision-making in a rapid-paced operational environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze data related to trips, drivers, EV fleet performance, charging behavior, and operational KPIs.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports for metrics such as fleet utilization, trip efficiency, cancellations, revenue, charging efficiency, and vehicle uptime.
- Support operations teams by identifying trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities to improve fleet productivity and ride efficiency.
- Work with data teams to extract and validate business data for reporting and analysis.




- Automate recurring reports and improve reporting accuracy and turnaround time.
- Conduct customer, driver, and operational performance analysis to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve data tracking and reporting processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 13 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related roles.
- Good working knowledge of SQL and data analysis.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced startup and operational environment.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

- Experience in EV mobility, logistics, fleet management, or transportation is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Python or cloud-based data platforms is a plus.
- Familiarity with operational metrics, location data, and mobility analytics.
