1. SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) Consultant

Role Overview: The SAP SolMan Consultant will take ownership of Retrofit execution, Change Request Management (ChaRM), and Solution Documentation (SolDoc). As we transition towards modern ALM tools, this role will ensure the integrity of our two-track SAP environment and maintain strict governance over mass data updates and solution documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Retrofit Execution & Monitoring: Manage retrofit change documents (CDs) in a two-track SAP workplace. Execute automatic, semi-automatic, and manual retrofits. Perform daily tasklist checks, CSOL status validations, and object list comparisons prior to transport release.

- Retrofit Governance & Issue Resolution: Manage conflict detection (CSOL) and resolution. Sequence transports across landscapes, compare BAU to release tracks before hard freeze periods, and troubleshoot failed retrofits/RFC issues.

- Solution Documentation (SolDoc): Create, maintain, and govern SAP Solution documentation. Handle daily support activities (tickets, Confluence updates) and perform business process architecture updates in alignment with Signavio.

- Mass Data Update Services: Manage and monitor daily mass update tickets (L1/L2 support). Maintain the mass board tracker, ensure timely activity completion, and participate in daily update calls.

- Testing & Migration Support: Support SNOW interface validation post-retrofit. Coordinate with developers for manual retrofits and TAM team notes. Support the adaptation of retrofits during the ChaRM to SAP CALM transition.

- Reporting: Maintain retrofit trackers, backlog monitoring, testing initiation data sheets, and daily reports for SolDoc completeness across ER stage gates.

2. SAP Cloud ALM (CALM) & Integration Consultant

Role Overview:



We are looking for a forward-thinking SAP Cloud ALM Consultant to lead our configuration, administration, and integration efforts. This role focuses on establishing our next-generation application lifecycle processes, managing BTP integrations, and facilitating a seamless transition from legacy ALM tools to SAP CALM.

Key Responsibilities:

- SAP Cloud ALM Services: Configure, administer, and provide ongoing support for SAP Cloud ALM. Enable application lifecycle processes including requirements, testing, and deployment tracking.

- Transition & Migration Leadership: Lead the technical transition from SAP ChaRM and SolDoc to SAP CALM, managing tool coexistence where necessary. Support migration from legacy ALM tools and stabilize the new environment.

- SAP BTP & Integration Architecture: Provide technical administration and environment management for the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). Perform configuration and infrastructure monitoring for API-based and middleware-driven integrations.

- Integration & Interface Management: Support the transport, configuration, deployment, and monitoring of interfaces using SAP Integration Suite, API Management, or PI/PO. Manage integrations with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) and resolve interface-related incidents.

- Integrated Toolchain Enablement: Establish and maintain integrations between SAP CALM, SolDoc, and other enterprise tools to ensure end-to-end traceability across the application lifecycle.

- Testing & Validation: Execute and coordinate interface/integration testing cycles, and support regression and release validation activities.

- Operations & Governance: Monitor the CALM and interface landscape (including alert handling), provide on-call support for toolchain issues, and act as the technical lead for the CALM domain across project workstreams.
