Job Summary:

Our client is hiring for an experienced Accounts Manager to manage the complete Accounts & Finance functions. The candidate should have strong experience in manufacturing accounting,costing, GST, TDS, MIS, inventory accounting,receivables, payables and financial controls.

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day accounting and finance operations. Supervise the Accounts team and ensure timely completion of accounting activities. Review purchase, sales, receipts, payments, journal entries and ledger postings. Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. Monitor customer outstanding and vendor payments. Prepare and review monthly P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and MIS reports. Handle GST, TDS and other statutory compliances. Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks and statutory authorities. Monitor raw material, WIP and finished goods accounting. Coordinate with Purchase, Stores and Production for stock reconciliation. Monitor manufacturing costs, wastage, overheads and product costing. Analyse actual cost versus budget/standard cost. Review slow-moving, non-moving and dead stock. Conduct/coordinate physical stock verification and stock audits. Ensure proper accounting and financial controls in PACT ERP. Coordinate with the ERP team for accounting and reporting issues. Monitor monthly closing and ensure timely submission of financial reports. Support management in financial analysis,



cost control and decision-making. Identify process gaps and implement improved accounting and internal control systems.

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have: 58 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance. Strong experience in a manufacturing company. Good knowledge of manufacturing accounting and costing. Strong knowledge of GST, TDS and statutory compliance. Experience in inventory accounting and stock reconciliation. Positive knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems. Experience in preparation of MIS and management reports. Strong analytical, leadership and team-management skills. Good communication and coordination skills. High level of accuracy, integrity and confidentiality. Preferred Candidates from door manufacturing, wood products, furniture, building materials or similar manufacturing industries will be preferred.
