About the Role

Our Client is looking for a result-oriented Offline Sales & Marketing Executive with strong, hands-on sales experience. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential customers, presenting our software solutions, converting prospects into paying customers, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

This is a pure sales-focused role. Candidates with proven experience in field sales, direct sales, B2B sales, or software/product sales are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential customers through offline/field sales activities.
- Visit businesses, offices, shops, and other potential customer locations.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and subscription plans.
- Conduct product demonstrations when required.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Follow up with prospects regularly and close sales.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Explore new markets and identify business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Provide regular sales reports to management.

Responsibilities

- Proven hands-on experience in sales is mandatory.
- Experience in field sales, direct sales, B2B sales, or software/SaaS sales will be an advantage.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to independently approach and convince potential customers.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Willingness to travel locally for customer meetings.
- Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Candidates with a strong sales track record and the ability to generate business are highly preferred.
