Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls and queries.
- Explain company products, services and card details.
- Provide accurate information and assist customers.
Requirements:
- Positive/average communication skills.
- Hindi & Marathi communication.
- Comfortable with rotational week offs.
- Customer service-oriented attitude.
