Position: AI SEO and Organic Growth Specialist

Experience: 2 to 4 years

Location: Gurgaon and Noida (fully onsite)

Shift: Night (cabs provided)

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic product visibility, traffic, and lead generation.
- Perform technical SEO and AI search audits and collaborate with developers to resolve issues related to indexing, crawlability, site architecture, page speed, structured data, and overall site health.
- Monitor and improve product presence across AI search platforms, such as ChatGPT, Google AI Overview, Gemini, etc.
- Conduct keyword research, topic clustering, and content gap analysis to identify high-impact growth opportunities.
- Create and optimize content across the website, blog, external publications, etc., that increases visibility in search results, featured snippets, AI overviews, and generative search experiences.
- Publish social media content and execute email campaigns on schedule with accurate targeting, quality checks, and performance tracking.
- Work closely with content, design, and development teams to execute SEO and AI SEO initiatives.
- Track organic rankings,



traffic, AI search visibility, and conversion performance, and create weekly reports and provide recommendations for improvement.

Requirements and Skills

- Experience: 2-4 years.
- A bachelors degree, preferably in marketing, communications, computer science, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a B2B SaaS / Software company is recommended.
- Experience optimizing content for AI-powered search engines, answer engines, and LLM-driven discovery platforms.
- Proven track record of improving organic traffic, keyword rankings, and lead generation through SEO initiatives.
- Solid analytical skills and experience using AI and SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Semrush, Microsoft Clarity, ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.
- Proficient Google Sheets user with strong skills in data analysis, pivot tables, formulas, and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and project management abilities.
