Key Accountabilities

- Design and implement telecom order management workflows using BPMN/BPNM platforms
- Develop and configure complex order orchestration logic across distributed systems
- Build and enhance workflow-based applications supporting complete order lifecycle management
- Configure order flows involving validation, decomposition, orchestration, and execution
- Integrate OM systems with CRM, catalog, provisioning, and other downstream systems
- Develop and manage REST APIs and middleware integrations within the BSS ecosystem
- Monitor workflow performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize high-volume processing
- Troubleshoot fallouts, resolve workflow issues, and improve system reliability and throughput
- Provide technical leadership, mentor junior developers, and enforce best development practices
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for workflows, configurations, integrations, and dependencies

Mandatory Skills

- Strong expertise in BPMN/BPNM workflow platforms and order management solutions




- Deep understanding of order orchestration, lifecycle management, and fallout handling
- Solid experience with REST APIs, middleware integrations, and backend communication patterns
- Good understanding of telecom BSS systems including CRM, product catalog, and provisioning
- Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot for workflow-driven application development

Desirable Skills

- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and performance optimization practices
- Familiarity with Git, Maven/Gradle, and CI/CD pipelines
- Exposure to Docker/Kubernetes and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership abilities
