We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic MS Azure Solutions Architect to lead the technical solution definition and architecture for a project with prestigious client. In this role, you will be the primary technical authority facing the client, responsible for translating complex business requirements into scalable, robust Azure based solutions. You will operate in a dynamic, global delivery model, requiring exceptional leadership skills to manage and mentor a multi cultural team of engineers and developers across different time zones. The ideal candidate blends deep technical expertise in the Azure ecosystem with strong consulting, pre sales, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities
. Solution Definition & Architecture: Lead the end to end technical solution definition for the deal. Design secure, scalable, and high performance cloud architectures tailored to the client's specific business needs.
. Client Management: Act as the trusted technical advisor to the client. Manage expectations, conduct technical workshops, present architectural visions, and ensure alignment between client objectives and the delivered solution.
. Global Team Leadership: Direct and mentor a multi cultural technical team operating within a global delivery model (GDM). Foster collaboration, ensure technical excellence, and manage deliverables across offshore, nearshore, and onsite teams.
. Enterprise Integration:



Architect and oversee the seamless integration of cloud solutions with existing Enterprise Information Systems (EIS) and third party platforms.
. Up-to-date Application Development: Drive the adoption of micro service architectures to build resilient, modular, and easily deployable applications.

Technical Skills & Qualifications:
. Cloud Platform:
- Extensive, hands-on experience as a Cloud Architect specializing in Microsoft Azure.
- Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification is highly preferred.

. Data & Storage:
- Proven expertise in designing data models and selecting appropriate storage solutions, specifically utilizing Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, and Azure blob storage.

. Integration & Compute:
- Deep understanding of application integration and serverless computing.
- Must have demonstrable experience designing scalable solutions using Azure Logic Apps and robust API management strategies.

. Architecture Style:
- Strong background in designing and implementing micro service architectures and containerized applications.

. Enterprise Focus:
- Solid experience working with complex Enterprise Information Systems (EIS) and migrating legacy workloads to the cloud.

What You Bring to the Table
. 10+ years of IT experience with at least 5+ years dedicated to Azure cloud architecture.
. Proven track record of working on large scale deals and leading the technical stream during the pre-sales and project initiation phases.
. Exceptional communication skills with the cultural intelligence and empathy required to successfully manage and motivate multi-cultural global teams.
. Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills when dealing with client stakeholders.
