Responsibilities

Technical Excellence

- Strong capability in financial diligence with hands-on experience in reviewing deal-related financial information and identifying key risk areas.
- Ability to support transaction advisory work by analyzing historical performance, working capital trends, and quality of earnings inputs.
- Proficient in applying general consulting skills to structure analyses, validate assumptions, and present explicit financial findings.
- Exposure to FDD processes and transaction support activities, with a focus on accuracy, rigor, and timely delivery of diligence outputs.
- Able to work effectively on senior-field assignments by coordinating inputs, reviewing documentation, and contributing to transaction decision support.
