- Hybrid- 3 days weekly
- Candidate should be open for F2F discussions
- Full BGV needs to be done before onboarding.
- No Job hopper please ( not more than 1 job change in last 2 years).
- LWD should not be more than a month
- Resume matching 90- 95% of JDs.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Python Developer with strong experience in SQL and Java-based microservices architecture. The ideal candidate will work on building scalable backend systems, integrating Python services with Java microservices, and handling data-intensive applications.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain backend applications using Python

Design and build RESTful APIs and microservices

Collaborate with teams working on Java-based microservices architecture

Write and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and data pipelines

Integrate Python services with Java/Spring Boot microservices

Ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability of applications

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues

Participate in system design discussions and architecture decisions





Work closely with DevOps teams for deployment and CI/CD processes

Required Skills

Strong experience in Core Python

OOP concepts, data structures, multithreading

Hands-on experience with Python frameworks (Django / Flask / FastAPI)

Solid understanding of Java Microservices architecture

Spring Boot

REST APIs

Service-to-service communication

Strong expertise in SQL

Complex queries, joins, indexing, performance tuning

Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle)

Understanding of microservices architecture and design patterns

Experience Requirements

8+ years of total experience

Minimum 5+ years in Python development

Experience working in microservices-based environments

Exposure to production systems and scalable applications

Valuable to Have

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)

Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes

Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)

Knowledge of message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ)

Experience in data processing / ETL pipelines

Exposure to NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra)

Soft Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good communication and collaboration abilities

Ability to work in agile and fast-paced environments
