* Lead R&D; and current product development for agrochemical technical products and intermediates.

* Develop, optimize and validate manufacturing processes from lab scale to commercial scale.

* Conduct trials for improving yield, purity, cost, cycle time and process efficiency.

* Provide technical support and troubleshooting to Production, QA and QC teams.

* Lead scale-up, technology transfer and commercial trial batches.

* Identify opportunities for cost reduction, waste reduction and process improvement.

* Prepare and maintain R&D; reports, SOPs, process parameters and technical documentation.

* Ensure R&D; activities comply with quality, safety and environmental requirements.

* Support new plant expansion, capacity enhancement and new technology implementation.

* Lead and develop the R&D; team and ensure timely completion of assigned projects.
