- Knowledge of Welding process and welding inspection, welder test certification, WPS and PQR review
- Knowledge of drawings of structural, ducting and other cement plant equipment
- Checking and witnessing Fabrication of all site fabricated items
- Preparing fabrication and erection protocols and updating daily reports
- Secure execution of fabrication and erection as per QAP
- Knowledge of Erection activities for site fabricated items
- Punch Points identification and closure
- Civil foundation bolt fixing, verification/clearance/Protocols before casting
