Location: GIFT City, Gandhinagar, Gujarat
Role Purpose
Responsible for supporting Finance, Accounting, Audit, Regulatory Compliance, Taxation and Governance functions.
Finance & Accounting

- Vendor payments, GST and TDS compliance
- Trial Balance preparation and support to Corporate Office
- Ledger management and reconciliations
- Brokerage processing coordination
- FA & RTA coordination

Regulatory & Statutory Compliance

- Reporting to IFSCA, SEZ, SEBI, RBI and tax authorities
- Monitor regulatory changes and incorporate the same in PPM
- Ensure compliance across operations
- Handle stakeholder data requests

Audit Management

- Internal audits
- Statutory audits
- Regulatory audits
- Audit documentation and closure

Taxation & Filings





- GST, TDS and corporate tax coordination
- Work with tax consultants
- Timely statutory filings

Management & Governance

- MIS and management reporting
- Coordination with regulators
- Maintain governance documentation
- Board and regulatory reporting packs
- Support any strategic initiatives that may be require from time to time.

Qualifications
CA Final

- Accounting and financial reporting
- GST and TDS knowledge
- Audit and compliance exposure
- Advanced MS Excel
- Robust analytical and communication skills
