Key Responsibilities: Ensure subject content accuracy, creativity, and adherence to NEP and NCF guidelines. Deliver engaging training sessions and workshops for teachers and school staff. Conduct hands-on product training to ensure effective classroom implementation. Collaborate with academic and training teams to ensure seamless delivery of educational programmes. Provide field-level support during school visits, pilot runs, or product demonstrations. Travel within and around the base location as required for workshops and training sessions. Key Result Area (KRA): Provide academic and technical support in delivering subject-based training and workshops. Conduct hands-on training sessions on product features, classroom integration, and pedagogy. Ensure participants gain a transparent understanding and confidence in implementing the programme effectively. Requirements:



Bachelors or Master’s degree in Education or a relevant subject area. L1 - 3–5 years of experience in the education field (teaching, content development, or teacher training). L2- 5 years plus Strong communication and presentation skills. Good understanding of classroom practices and current educational trends. Willingness to travel within and around the base location. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in content development or teacher training for Pre-Primary to Grade 8 levels. Exposure to digital learning tools and competency-based education frameworks. Prior association with publishing houses, EdTech companies, or educational consultancies.
