Optimizing the injection moulding process to produce high-quality parts efficiently and consistently.

- Responsibilities:

- Develop and refine moulding processes for new products.
- Troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actions.
- Optimize process parameters (temperature, pressure, cycle time, etc.) for improved part quality and productivity.
- Preparing the trial reports after completion of each trails.
- Has to take the new mould trials on injection moulding machines.
- Collaborate with quality, production, and design teams.

- Skills:

Solid understanding of injection moulding processes and materials.

- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with process control and optimization.
- Should have the knowledge on injection moulding machines.
- Understanding of SVGC injection system.
- Should have the knowledge on injection Moulds.
- Understanding of hot runner and cold runner systems
- Mould design fundamentals and mould maintenance
