Key Responsibilities

- Provide breakdown support and troubleshoot ELV/BMS systems at customer sites.
- Perform preventive maintenance and routine system checks.
- Handle installation/service-related technical activities as required.
- Coordinate with customers and attend customer meetings.




- Maintain service reports and update customers regarding system status.
- Travel between sites within Kolkata and to outstation locations when required.

Travel & Allowances

- Site-to-site travel within Kolkata: Local conveyance reimbursed as per actuals.
- Outstation travel outside Kolkata: 300 per diem.
- Applicable travel expenses will be reimbursed as per company policy.

Ideal Candidate: Candidate with 1–3 years of hands-on experience in ELV/BMS service and maintenance, particularly ACS, Fire Alarm, CCTV and BMS systems.
