- Handle end-to-end labour compliance activities for clients.
- Coordinate with clients and internal team members for compliance-related requirements.
- Prepare and submit management reports and MIS.
- Maintain client records, registers and compliance documentation.
- Liaise with various government authorities and departments.
- Support clients in ensuring timely compliance with applicable labour laws.
Key Job Duties.
- Obtain registrations and licences under various Labour Laws.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams for the collection, verification and sharing of required documents/information.
- Prepare and maintain client records, registers and other statutory documents under applicable Labour Laws.
- Conduct periodic compliance audits at client locations.
- Maintain daily MIS, databases and compliance trackers.
- Handle operational advances,
including cash and other banking instruments, as required.
- Ensure timely completion and submission of compliance-related activities.
- Candidates with experience/exposure in Labour Compliance, Statutory Compliance or HR Compliance will be preferred.
- Good understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance processes will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel to client locations and government offices.
- Solid coordination and follow-up skills.
- Early joiners will be preferred.
Desirable Computing Skills
- Good knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in email platforms such as Outlook and Gmail.
- Ability to maintain MIS, databases and compliance trackers.
