Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sr. MEP Engineer to oversee and coordinate MEP works at construction sites. The candidate should have solid hands-on experience in building construction projects and be capable of managing site execution, subcontractors, coordination, quality, and timely completion of MEP works.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage day-to-day MEP execution activities at construction sites.
- Coordinate Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting and other MEP services.
- Review MEP drawings, BOQs, specifications, and ensure execution as per approved drawings.
- Coordinate with Civil, Structural, Architectural, and other project teams to resolve site issues.
- Monitor subcontractors, vendors, manpower, materials, and site productivity.
- Ensure MEP works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure proper testing and commissioning of MEP systems.
- Prepare and review daily/weekly progress reports and coordinate with the Project Manager.
- Identify site constraints, technical issues, and provide timely solutions.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project requirements.
- Coordinate inspections, approvals, testing,



commissioning, and handover documentation.
- Monitor material requirements and coordinate with the procurement team to avoid delays.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of MEP construction and site execution.
- Good knowledge of Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems.
- Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
- Strong coordination and team-management skills.
- Good knowledge of construction quality and safety standards.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of MS Project/Primavera will be an added advantage.

Eligibility

- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or relevant qualification.
- Candidates must have experience in the construction industry, preferably in building/infrastructure projects.
- Candidates from manufacturing, production, facility management, or non-construction backgrounds are not preferred.
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
