Job Description Senior Project Manager

Experience: 10-15 Years

Salary: 15- 20 Lac (As per Experience)

Job Responsibilities:

Manage the complete execution of high-rise residential/commercial/Luxury projects.

Plan, supervise, and monitor project progress from start to completion.

Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and site teams.

Ensure project completion within timeline, budget, and quality standards.

Handle project planning, manpower management, and material coordination.

Monitor site safety, quality control, and compliance standards.

Prepare project reports and update management regularly.

Resolve site issues and ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements:

Solid knowledge of construction management and project execution.

Experience in handling large-scale residential/commercial/Luxury projects.

Good leadership, communication, and team management skills.

Knowledge of AutoCAD, project planning, and construction standards preferred.
