We are hiring freshers from the 2026 batch only, preferably students pursuing MBA/PGDM with specialization in Marketing, Sales, or Business Management.

Position: Management Trainee / Sales Executive IT Infrastructure Products
Batch: 2026 Graduates
Experience: Freshers only
Location: Kolkata
Preferred Qualification: MBA/PGDM – Marketing / Sales / Business Management

The selected candidates will undergo a structured training program and will be required to sign a 1-2 years training/service agreement, as applicable.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates with:

- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Strong interest in B2B sales and technology
- Willingness to learn and work with IT infrastructure solutions
- A self-motivated, proactive, resilient, and target-oriented mind-set
- Good working knowledge of MS Office; CRM knowledge would be an added advantage
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings, business development activities, and site visits, including out-of-city locations
- Solid academic performance and a positive attitude toward learning

Key Responsibilities

Selected candidates will be responsible for:

- Generating new business opportunities through cold calling,



email campaigns, market research, referrals, and networking
- Identifying prospects and understanding customer requirements
- Conducting customer meetings and presenting relevant IT solutions
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers and key stakeholders
- Working towards monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Maintaining sales pipelines, lead status, customer interactions, and follow-ups through CRM
- Coordinating with Pre-Sales, Technical, Delivery, and OEM teams throughout the sales cycle
- Participating in customer meetings, events, and business development activities
