- Plan, launch, manage, and optimise paid digital marketing campaigns with a robust focus on sales, ROAS, and overall business growth.
- Manage campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft/Bing Ads.
- Have hands-on experience with different Google campaign types, including:
- Performance Max (PMax)
- Demand Gen
- YouTube campaigns
- Video campaigns
- Search campaigns
- Display campaigns
- Remarketing/retargeting campaigns

- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, conversions, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and other key performance metrics.
- Continuously test and optimise ad copy, keywords, bidding strategies and landing pages.
- Analyse campaign and sales data to identify growth opportunities and areas of improvement.
- Work independently to identify problems and develop data-driven solutions without relying on step-by-step instructions.
- Conduct A/B testing and experiment with new campaign formats, targeting methods, creatives, and bidding strategies.
- Stay up to date with the latest developments in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, YouTube advertising, AI-driven advertising, and performance marketing.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.




- Help develop and implement strategies to maintain existing sales and continuously grow revenue.

Required Skills

- Any graduate with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in paid digital marketing.
- Strong working knowledge of Google Ads and Microsoft/Bing Ads.
- Practical experience managing multiple campaign types, especially PMax, Demand Gen, YouTube, Video, Search, Display, and Remarketing.
- Strong understanding of campaign optimisation, conversion tracking, bidding strategies and performance analysis.
- Good knowledge of Google Analytics/GA4, conversion tracking, and marketing performance metrics.
- Ability to analyse data and make decisions based on performance insights.
- Strong understanding of ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and revenue metrics.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for analysing campaign and sales data.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
