- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone calls in a timely and qualified manner.
- Process transactions, answer questions about products/services, and provide product information to customers.
- Meet daily/weekly targets for call handling, sales conversion, and quality metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers .
Job Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience in telesales or telemarketing industry.
- Strong communication skills.
