We are looking for a Production Engineer – Paint Shop to join our manufacturing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily paint shop production activities and manpower.
- Monitor painting processes, quality, productivity, and material consumption.
- Ensure adherence to production schedules, process standards, and safety requirements.
- Troubleshoot process-related issues and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, PPC, and other cross-functional departments.
- Drive productivity improvement and reduce paint/material wastage.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the paint shop.
Qualification
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Automobile Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
Experience 4 to 10 Years
Experience in an automotive or industrial paint shop/manufacturing workplace is preferred.
