Role Overview:

In this role you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, partnering with recruiters, hiring managers and business leaders, and driving high-quality talent acquisition through MSP and VMS programs for US IT Staffing.

Role & responsibilities:

- Partner with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand workforce requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for permanent, contract and contingent workforce hiring.
- Act as a trusted advisor on talent market trends, availability of skills, compensation benchmarking and hiring best practices.
- Drive workforce planning discussions and provide proactive talent acquisition solutions.
- Manage requisitions through MSP and VMS platforms.
- Review and prioritize job orders received through MSP programs.
- Submit qualified candidates within SLA timelines.
- Track candidate progress, interview feedback and status updates through VMS systems.
- Ensure compliance with client-specific hiring requirements and supplier guidelines.
- Maintain high submission-to-interview and interview-to-hire ratios.




- Candidate and client / hiring manager engagement and management.

Preferred candidate profile:

- 5+ years of Recruitment, Talent Acquisition or Staffing experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience supporting US IT Staffing requirements.
- Hands-on experience working with MSP and VMS programs.
- Sound knowledge of IT technologies stacks, visa, tax terms, time zones and US recruitment life cycle.
- Strong understanding of contingent workforce hiring models.
- Experience in contract, contract-to-hire and permanent recruitment.
- Valuable experience in priortization, coordination, multi tasking, relationship building and management and managing delivery within tight timelines.
