Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Power Automate Developer/Consultant with 5-10 years of IT experience and strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Automate. The ideal candidate will design, develop, implement, and support enterprise-grade automation solutions that improve business processes, increase operational efficiency, and drive digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and deploy automated workflows using Power Automate Cloud Flows and Desktop Flows RPA.
- Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities across departments.
- Build end-to-end automation solutions integrating Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Dynamics 365, Azure services, SAP, and third-party applications.
- Develop reusable components and automation frameworks following best practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and technical teams to gather requirements and define automation roadmaps.
- Implement exception handling, logging, monitoring,



and governance standards.
- Optimize existing workflows for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Create technical design documents, process documentation, and knowledge-transfer materials.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership on automation projects.
- Ensure compliance with security, governance, and data protection standards within the Power Platform ecosystem.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing support for deployed solutions.
