Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Security Supervisor with strong hands-on experience in Access Control Systems, particularly Tyco and C•CURE 9000. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day security operations, supervising the security team, monitoring access control systems, handling security incidents, and ensuring a safe and secure working environment.

Key Responsibilities

Security Operations

- Supervise day-to-day security operations and ensure compliance with security procedures and company policies.
- Manage and monitor security personnel, guards, and security officers across shifts.
- Allocate duties, prepare shift schedules, and ensure adequate security coverage.
- Conduct regular security checks and ensure proper implementation of security protocols.
- Handle security incidents, emergencies, access violations, and other security-related issues.

Access Control & Security Systems

- Operate and monitor Tyco and C•CURE 9000 Access Control Systems.
- Manage access cards, badges, credentials, doors, readers, access levels, and user permissions.
- Monitor access control alarms, events, alerts, and system activity.
- Coordinate with relevant departments for employee onboarding, transfers, access changes, and employee exit/access revocation.
- Troubleshoot basic access control issues and coordinate with technical vendors/IT teams for system-related problems.
- Maintain accurate records of access control activities and system incidents.

CCTV & Surveillance

- Monitor CCTV and other security surveillance systems.
- Ensure proper functioning of cameras, monitoring equipment, and security control room systems.
- Review CCTV footage when required for security incidents or investigations.




- Coordinate with technical teams/vendors for CCTV or surveillance system issues.

Team Management

- Lead, supervise, and motivate the security team.
- Conduct regular briefings and ensure security personnel understand their duties and responsibilities.
- Monitor attendance, discipline, performance, and adherence to security procedures.
- Train security personnel on access control, emergency response, visitor management, and incident handling.

Incident & Emergency Management

- Respond promptly to security incidents, unauthorized access, alarms, emergencies, and other security concerns.
- Prepare incident reports and maintain proper documentation.
- Escalate critical incidents to management and relevant stakeholders.
- Support emergency response, evacuation, and business continuity procedures.

Coordination & Reporting

- Coordinate with Facilities, Administration, HR, IT, and Management on security-related matters.
- Manage visitor access and ensure compliance with visitor management procedures.
- Maintain daily security logs, shift reports, incident reports, and access control records.
- Prepare periodic reports related to security operations and incidents.

Required Skills & Experience

- 37 years of experience in Security Operations / Physical Security / Access Control.
- Hands-on experience with C•CURE 9000 is strongly preferred.
- Experience with Tyco Security Systems is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Access Control Systems.
- Experience with CCTV / Video Surveillance Systems.
- Experience managing and supervising a team of security personnel.
- Good understanding of security procedures, incident management, and emergency response.
- Positive communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
- Ability to work in shifts, if required.
