About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Learning Partner to drive training and capability-building initiatives across Zudio stores in Maharashtra. The incumbent will be responsible for delivering impactful training programs, ensuring consistent learning experiences, and enhancing employee performance across store locations.

The role is based in Pune and requires extensive travel across Maharashtra to train store teams and support learning interventions on the ground.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver induction, behavioral, customer service, product, process, and operational training programs for store employees.
- Conduct classroom and on-the-job training sessions across assigned store locations.
- Partner with Store Managers and Regional Operations teams to identify training needs and performance gaps.




- Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, observations, and feedback mechanisms.
- Facilitate learning initiatives to improve employee productivity, customer experience, and store performance.
- Ensure timely completion of training calendars and learning compliance requirements.
- Maintain training records, reports, and learning dashboards.
- Coach and mentor store employees to build required functional and behavioral competencies.
- Support new store launches and staff onboarding programs.
- Drive engagement activities and learning campaigns across the region.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2-4 years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, Retail Training, or Employee Capability Building.
- Prior experience in retail training will be highly preferred.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing abilities.
- Comfortable traveling extensively across Maharashtra on a regular basis.
- Ability to work independently in a rapid-paced retail environment.
