About Role
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven IT Recruiter to join our HR team. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from gathering requirements from internal stakeholders and clients to sourcing and onboarding candidates. The ideal candidate should be confident, well-versed in Boolean and X-ray search techniques, and proficient in using job portals and social media for hiring.
Strong verbal and written English communication skills are essential, along with a solid understanding of IT skills and technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Experience in Domestic IT Recruitment (Permanent, C2H)
Collaborate with hiring managers & global clients to understand staffing needs.
Develop and post job advertisements on relevant platforms (e.g. job boards, social media, company website)
Source and screen candidates through job boards, databases and networking
Conduct initial interviews and coordinate technical or managerial interviews
Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in excel format.
Provide hiring updates to stakeholders, clients & candidates throughout the hiring process.
Extend job offers and assist with documentation & onboarding.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources/B.Tech/ MBA in HR/Others
Proven experience as an IT Recruiter (Corporate/Client)
Familiarity with Boolean/Xray search
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multi task & yield fast & high quality results in a fast paced environment
