Key Responsibilities

- Conduct requirement-gathering sessions with diverse stakeholder groups to capture functional and non-functional needs.
- Translate business needs into BRDs, process flows, and user stories for development teams working on microservices-based architectures.
- Analyze existing platforms, identify overlaps, redundancies, and opportunities for consolidation into unified digital ecosystems.
- Map detailed workflows for core modules such as beneficiary/user management, service lifecycle management, grievance redressal, inspection processes, and system integrations.
- Define acceptance criteria, data validation rules, and reporting metrics for KPIs and dashboards.
- Collaborate with UI/UX teams to ensure wireframes, mockups, and layouts reflect user requirements and accessibility guidelines (GIGW 3.0, WCAG 2.1).
- Work with technical architects and integration teams to validate API specifications, authentication flows, and RBAC configurations.
- Support data mapping and migration plans involving relational, NoSQL, and search-indexing databases.
- Ensure AI-powered tools (e.g., OCR for document verification, NLP for chatbot responses, analytics automation) are effectively aligned with business logic and user needs.
- Participate in UAT cycles, develop test scenarios from business requirements, and validate system outputs against expectations.




- Document SOPs, training materials, and knowledge transfer content for end-user adoption.
- Track requirement changes, maintain traceability matrices, and ensure alignment with project governance processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in business analysis for large-scale IT projects.
- Robust skills in requirement elicitation, business process modeling (BPMN), and documentation standards.
- Experience working with microservices, API integrations, and data migration projects.
- Familiarity with cloud-native platforms, containerized deployments, and DevSecOps workflows.
- Understanding of relational and NoSQL data structures, as well as search indexing technologies.
- Ability to perform API testing and validation using tools such as Postman or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of accessibility, compliance, and security frameworks relevant to public digital platforms (GIGW 3.0, WCAG 2.1, CERT-In).
- Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, MS Visio, and AI-powered documentation aids (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
