Job Summary:
1. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision in a team environment and can work under tight deadlines and rapidly changing priorities with proactive, creative focused approach to business needs with high analytical, inter-personal, and team playing skills and possessing good analytical skills
2. Requirement gathering, Solution Design and preparing Function Technical specification documents.
3.



Prepare Cut-over and deployment plan and responsible for driving Post implementation hyper-care support and transition.
4. Work with IT and Business stake holders to translate requirements into a functional design
5. Prepare User Stories and lead the team to drive sprint planning, backlog grooming ,sprint retrospective ,spike creation for upgrade project
6. Strategic, innovative thinking and vision
7. Strong business acumen
8. Excellent analytical and communication (both verbal and written) skills
9. Solid understanding of technology
10. Comfortable learning, using and explaining recent technology
11. Strong organization and time management skills
