- Provide technical support to end-users for desktop-related issues, including hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
- Troubleshoot Outlook email clients and resolve issues related to email delivery failures or account lockouts.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical problems that require escalation.
Job Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience in desktop support or IT support role.
- Robust knowledge of OS installation (Windows) and basic networking concepts.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting common desktop issues using various tools such as antivirus software and disk management utilities.
