Role ARCS consultant

.Implementation & Product Expertise

- Lead End-to-End Implementation: Design, configure, and deploy Oracle ARCS modules, ensuring alignment with corporate accounting policies.
- Transaction Matching (TM) Specialist: Build and optimize complex matching rules to automate high-volume reconciliations (e.g., intercompany, bank-to-book, and credit cards).
- Feature Optimization: Stay ahead of Oracle’s monthly updates to implement current features that drive efficiency.

2. Reporting & Smart View Integration

- Smart View Mastery: Serve as the internal "Power User" for Oracle Smart View, building advanced ad-hoc reports and Excel-based templates for reconciliation monitoring.
- Data Integration: Collaborate with IT to ensure seamless data flows from ERP systems (e.g., Oracle Fusion, SAP, or NetSuite) into ARCS.





3. Testing & Quality Assurance

- UAT Leadership: Define UAT scripts, manage bug tracking, and facilitate the testing of Transaction Matching logic and reconciliation profiles.
- System Validation: Ensure all reconciliation formats and profiles meet audit and compliance standards (SOX).

4. Training & Documentation

- User Enablement: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for end-users and administrators.
- SOP Development: Create and maintain detailed documentation, including technical configuration guides, "How-To" manuals for end-users, and process flowcharts.
