Network & Server Administrator

Location: Gurgaon | Work Mode: On-site | Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

We are looking for a Network & Server Administrator to manage and support enterprise network, server, virtualization, and security infrastructure across multiple locations supporting 2000+ users.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage LAN/WAN, VLAN, VPN, routing, switching, wireless, DNS & DHCP.
- Administer FortiGate Firewalls, VPN, security policies, IPS/IDS and web filtering.
- Manage Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, GPO, and core IT services.
- Manage Proxmox/VMware virtualization, VMs, clusters, HA and storage.
- Handle backup, restore and disaster recovery using Veeam/Commvault/PBS or similar.
- Monitor infrastructure using PRTG, SolarWinds, Zabbix or similar tools.
- Implement system hardening, patching, MFA, NAC and security controls.
- Support Cloudflare ZTNA and DLP solutions.




- Troubleshoot P1/P2 incidents and coordinate with vendors/ISPs.
- Maintain network documentation, SOPs, asset inventory and audit evidence.

Required Skills

- 2-4 years of experience in Network/System/Infrastructure Administration.
- Strong hands-on experience with FortiGate, Windows Server, Active Directory and networking.
- Good knowledge of Linux and virtualization (Proxmox/VMware/Hyper-V).
- Strong troubleshooting skills with Wireshark and network monitoring tools.
- Knowledge of backup/DR, security hardening and ITIL.

Preferred Certifications: CCNA/CCNP, Fortinet, RHCSA, AZ-104, Proxmox or equivalent.
