Job Description

1.Solid technical knowledge of HP/IP/LP turbine nozzle components, including diaphragms, vane carriers, and guide vanes.

2.Hands on experience in nozzle profile finishing,blending,deburring,and removing burr without altering profile.

3.Strong knowledge of seal ring installation, guide vane setting and diaphragms assembly processes.

4.Expertise in nozzle throat area checking, profile dimension inspection and ensuring flow of path accuracy.

5.Experience in blue matching,contact pattern checking and high spot through presise finishing

6. Familiry with QC procedures,NDT checks(MPI/DP,PT),throat area measurent and documentation.

7.Knowledge in TIG/MIG/SMAW welding, hard facing and micro welding techniques.

7. Co-ordination with engineering ,planning, machining ,QC and crane operation members.

8.Responsible for day-to-day assembly and production operations at the shop floor.

9.To ensure timely execution of production schedules while maintain high quality standards.

10.Enforce strict compliance with EHS policies and promote a zero -incident safety culture, Conduct safety audits, tool box talks and risk assessment regularly.





11.Assign task and monitor performance to ensure production goals are achieved.

12.Understand importance of 5S,Safety at workplace and Kaizen for contioues improvement.

13.Ensure adhereness to safety regulations and company policies.

14.Monitor and report KPIs such as productivity,downtime,rework and first-pass-yield.

15.Drive continues improvement using Lean, 5S and Kaizen Methodologies.

16.Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams and technical drawings.

17.Knowledge of ISO9001,OSHAS ISO 14001 and 45000.

18.Must have good knowledge to work with XL,MS Office and ERP.

Experience

Min 8 to 10 years Work experience in generator rotor and stator.

Diploma / B.E/B-Tech Mechanical
