Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Python RAG Developer with 2 to 5 years of experience in building Generative AI applications using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks. The ideal candidate should have strong Python development skills, experience with LLMs, vector databases, prompt engineering, and up-to-date AI orchestration frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and optimize RAG-based AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Build and maintain data ingestion pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
- Integrate LLMs such as Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source models.
- Develop semantic search and document retrieval systems using vector databases.
- Implement chunking, embedding generation, indexing, and retrieval mechanisms.
- Work with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks.
- Develop REST APIs and microservices using FastAPI or Flask.
- Optimize AI application performance, scalability, and response quality.
- Collaborate with data engineers, cloud engineers, and business stakeholders.
- Ensure security, monitoring, and governance of AI solutions.

Required Skills

- Strong proficiency in Python programming.




- Hands-on experience in RAG architecture and Generative AI applications.
- Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
- Knowledge of LLMs and prompt engineering techniques.
- Experience with vector databases such as:
- Pinecone
- ChromaDB
- FAISS
- Azure AI Search
- Weaviate
- Milvus

- Understanding of embeddings and semantic search concepts.
- Experience developing APIs using FastAPI or Flask.
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Azure OpenAI Services.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Exposure to MLOps and AI model deployment.
- Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 2 to 5 years of software development experience with Python.
- Experience delivering AI/ML or Generative AI projects in production environments.

Nice to Have

- Experience with multimodal AI applications.
- Knowledge of NLP, transformers, and Hugging Face ecosystem.
- Exposure to agentic AI workflows and AI governance frameworks.
