. Build and maintain robust relationships with channel partners

. Achieve business targerts ( Top line, persistency,product mix)

. Collaborate with partners to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction.

. Lead, guide and support team membersfor performance excellence

. Ensure compliance with sales process, regulatory and statutory guidelines.
