We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage and grow brand presence across multiple digital channels. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Social Media Management, Email Marketing, and CRM Tools.

The role requires strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and confidence in handling US client calls while collaborating closely with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

- Manage and grow brand presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter (X), and Pinterest.
- Develop and execute organic and paid social media strategies aligned with business and client goals.
- Plan content calendars and ensure timely execution of campaigns.

Email Marketing

- Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, drip campaigns, and promotional emails.
- Work with platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar tools.

CRM Management

- Manage and maintain CRM systems for accurate data, lead tracking, and campaign attribution.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead nurturing and customer journeys.
- Ensure CRM workflows, segmentation, and automation are properly implemented.

Analytics & Reporting

- Track and analyze performance across social media, email, and CRM campaigns.




- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.

Client & Team Collaboration

- Confidently handle US client communication, including strategy discussions, review calls, and performance presentations.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as design, performance marketing, and content to ensure consistent messaging.
- Guide and mentor junior team members or interns while ensuring quality output and timely delivery.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- 2-4 years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
- Strong experience in Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, and CRM tools.
- Prior experience working with US-based clients is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence in handling client-facing discussions and presentations.
- Proficiency in Canva or similar creative tools.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in performance tracking and reporting.
- Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
