Job Summary:

Fire Light Films is looking for a creative, proactive, and result-oriented Social Media Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, executing campaigns, and driving audience growth.

This role is ideal for someone who understands social media beyond just posting content and can contribute to building a strong digital presence for the brand and its projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and execute day-to-day social media activities across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.
- Plan and maintain a social media content calendar.
- Coordinate with creative, content, video, and internal teams for timely execution of content.
- Create, curate, and publish engaging social media content including posts, reels, stories, videos, and campaigns.
- Monitor social media trends, platform updates, competitor activity, and emerging content formats.
- Track social media performance and prepare regular reports covering reach, engagement, followers, views, and overall growth.
- Identify opportunities to improve audience engagement and organic growth.




- Support the execution of social media campaigns, launches, and promotional activities.
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience interactions and ensure timely responses.
- Stay updated with trending topics, hashtags, audio, formats, and content styles relevant to the brand.

Requirements:

- 2-5 years of relevant experience in Social Media Management, Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other major social platforms.
- Hands-on experience with content planning, publishing, analytics, and social media growth.
- Good understanding of social media insights and performance metrics.
- Solid communication and coordination skills.
- Creative mindset with a good understanding of digital content and storytelling.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
- Experience with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, Google Analytics, YouTube Studio, or similar platforms will be an advantage.
