Job Summary
We are looking for a energetic Interior Designer & Sales Associate who can combine strong design skills with a customer-focused sales approach.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, creating functional and aesthetically appealing interior/modular kitchen designs, presenting solutions to clients, and converting qualified leads into successful projects.

The role requires someone who can confidently handle both design and client-facing sales, from the initial enquiry through design discussions, proposal, negotiation, and project handover.

Key Responsibilities:
Design & Client Consultation
Understand client requirements, lifestyle, preferences, budget, and space constraints.

Develop 2D layouts, elevations, and 3D designs/renders for modular kitchens, wardrobes, and interior spaces.

Create practical, aesthetically appealing, and production-ready design solutions.

Present designs and concepts to clients and incorporate feedback appropriately.

Prepare accurate drawings, layouts, measurements, and design specifications.

Conduct site visits when required for measurements and design discussions.

Ensure designs are aligned with manufacturing capabilities, materials, and site conditions.

Sales & Business Development
Generate, follow up, and manage leads through calls, references, walk-ins, and other channels.





Schedule client meetings and encourage prospects to visit the Experience Centre.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable interior/modular solutions.

Present designs, quotations, proposals, material options, and pricing to clients.

Handle client objections, negotiate effectively, and drive project closures. Maintain regular follow-ups throughout the sales cycle.

Build strong client relationships to generate repeat and referral business.

Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.

Project Coordination
Coordinate closely with sales, design, production, and site teams for smooth project execution.

Ensure that client-approved designs are clearly communicated to production and execution teams.

Resolve design-related queries and coordinate changes as required.

Maintain accurate client records, quotations, design details, and sales reports.

Ensure a smooth transition from sales/design to project execution.

Requirements
2-5 years of experience in Interior Design, Modular Kitchens, Real Estate, Construction, or Consultative Sales.

Strong hands-on experience in AutoCAD and 3D designing.

Good understanding of modular kitchens, wardrobes, interior materials, and space planning.

Strong communication,



presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand client needs and convert them into practical design solutions. Confident in presenting designs and explaining concepts to clients.
Strong sales orientation with a proven ability to follow up and close deals.
Ability to read architectural drawings and prepare manufacturing-oriented designs.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently as well as with a team. Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
Preferred Skills
Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar 2D/3D design software. Experience in modular kitchen or wardrobe design.
Knowledge of interior materials, hardware, finishes, and production processes. Familiarity with CNC-based manufacturing is an advantage.
Experience with Cabinet Vision or similar software is an added advantage. Previous experience in high-ticket B2C or consultative sales is preferred. What We Offer
