We are hiring Research Analyst 15 Years for a leading financial research organization.

This role is ideal for professionals with experience in Investment Research, Equity Research, ESG, Financial Markets, Macro Research, Sector Analysis, and Research Publications who can contribute to research initiatives, develop investment themes, and analyze emerging trends.

Responsibilities

- Work on regular research publications and contribute to product development across ESG, AI technologies, data centers, sustainability, and other emerging themes.
- Write research publications with limited supervision.
- Track the latest developments in companies under coverage and relevant sectors.
- Conduct independent company-specific, economic, and trend analysis.
- Conduct sector analysis and identify investment themes and ideas.
- Create and maintain research databases using data from multiple sources.
- Respond to client queries related to designated coverage areas.
- Support research initiatives through accurate and timely analysis.

Requirements

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Economics, Commerce, Business, or a related discipline.
- 15 years of relevant experience in Investment Research, Equity Research, ESG, Financial Markets, Macro Research, or Sector Analysis.
- Robust understanding of financial markets, accounting standards, and macroeconomic concepts.
- Good understanding of emerging themes including AI technologies, data centers, ESG/sustainability, and evolving market trends.
- Excellent MS Excel skills.
- Strong written and spoken English with the ability to draft research reports.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.




- High attention to detail with a proactive and collaborative approach.

Additional Advantages –

- Experience with Datastream, Eikon, Bloomberg, FactSet, or Haver.
- Ability to implement automation and time-saving solutions.
- Pursuing or holding CFA / ESG certifications or other relevant industry qualifications.
